Opportunity 1: External Quality Assessment Readiness Review

Part 1:
Conduct an independent external assessment of the internal audit activity (IAA)
of leading Telecom operator in UAE with the objective to prepare a readiness report
to assess and evaluate:
1. Definition of Internal Auditing
2. International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
(referred to as “Standards” hereinafter)
3. IIA Code of Ethics
4. IAA Policies & Procedures Manual
5. Internal Audit Charter
6. Audit Committee Charter

The output must be a clear assessment of the conformity with the standards and
actions that must be taken by the client IA team to comply with the standards in the order of priority.

Part 2:
1. Prepare a gap analysis between the IPPF and the new IIA standards and show the differences.
2. Prepare the requirements for compliance with the new standards that must be implemented by the IA team.

Part 3 –
• Handle and manage all required engagement QA review plan for 2024. Duration is for 2 months
• Other quality assessment and work relating is required. He/ She shall be CIA with extensive
experience of the IPPF standards;

Opportunity 2: Internal Quality Assessment review

Objective is to conduct independent quality assessments for the purposes of Internal Quality Improvement
program for a leading Telecom Operator in UAE. Resources are required to:
* Resource is required to be Certified Internal Auditor;
* Be certified Assessors under the requirements of the IIA;
* Have adequate experience in the execution of Internal Audit Assignments;
* Have experience in operational and Technology audits

Perform Quality Assessments over approximately 20 Internal Audit Engagements

Opportunity 3: Review of the IA Manual
Need to conduct review of IA manual for a leading Telecom Operator in KSA. Need a seasoned person
to review the manual in terms of the newly updated IPPF standard and other leading practices.
