Asia Cup 2023, Time, Venue, Squads and Matches
The Asia cup 2023 will be jointly hosted by Pakistan and Sri Lanka. They are the full members of the Asian Cricket Council along with India, Afghanistan , Nepal and Balgladesh. It will be the 16th edition of Asia Cup. All matches wil be one day international played in two countries. Pakistan will hosted 04 matches and nine matches will be held at Sri Lanka. Asia cup will be scheduled during the month of August and September. Sri Lanka will defend its championship as last time they won the Asia cup played against Pakistan which they beat Pakistan by 23 runs in final.
Another interesting features in 2023 Asia cup is the emergence of Nepal cricket team who qualified winning the ACC Men’s Premier Cup in 2023. Asian Cricket council annouced the strcuture for premier cup in 2019 but due to Covid-19 pandemic it was postponed.

BCCI President Binny and Vice President Shukla to visit Pakistan for Asia cup. The Pakistan cricket Board Chairman Mr. Zaka Ashtraf has invited the guest for dinner at Lahore to commemorate their hosting to the tournament .
Binny’s confirmation along with vice president Shukla will visit Pakistan through Wahgah Border. Both Board’s have been on loggerhead with many issues specially political , tension between both countries . After it was settle when Pakistani official clear their team to visit India for upcoming ODI World Cup.
