- Fill the application form along with bank deposit slip.
- Send the form to P.T.S Head Quarters, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza Fazle Haq Road, Blue Area Islamabad.
- If apply to more than one post. then candidate may apply another application form for another posts.
- No TA/Da will be given to candidate for appear for test/interview.
- Test Fee is not refundable.
