• In continuous contact with clients , negotiate, and processing the lease , also in collaboration with clients regarding market conditions.
• In contact with clients with legal processing, pricing, and other matters to ensure honest dealings. 
• At start having intermediate level negotiation while have a lease processing.
• To create and maintain lists of different properties leasing .
• To provide complete information about property location , their features and size.
• To advertise concern prooperty on different social media platforms , run it on diferent marketing trends platforms, and other promotional events.
