Role of Job Description 

The job holder is solely in power to have perform daily activities of filing and invoicing . and at the end to make reports for further presenting to supervisor.

Added  further that  the job holder will be in command for making weekly reports of customer to process at HOD . it is a part of customer satisfaction and management , it also uses for timely debt collection.

Responsibility

Accounts Assistant at Emirates are

  • The job holder will have to submit his report of account statement of customer and finance department .
  • Prime work for is to check the accuracy and correct job protocols, like customer items, date, prices, quantity , contract status and courier charges
  • Also responsible for Computing and preparing of Credit and Debit reports
  • Assist or work with operations to resolve issues  regarding discrepancies if any before submitting the statement of account to customers
  • Investigate  samples, photos, specifications including weights of articles for rate quotation
  • Assortment of new articles in the set up department
  • Facilitate creation and activation of new accounts / customer in liaison with Finance department
  • Sending of customer reports of stock list  to leasing clients
  • Comply with all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the area of Finance
+ know about book keeping
+ know about excel and its functions
+ERP experience in Finance Modules

Communication Skill

Fluent in communication well in  verbally and in writing

Work Independently

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to effectively interact with employees and vendors
